We understand our customers sometimes have trouble paying their energy bills.
No judgement, just some great options to get you back on track.
The easiest way to get started is to call our friendly service team on 1800 750 750 and have a chat.
But if you’d prefer to get it done online, you can apply for an extension using the form below.
You can either apply for;
- a one-off extension to give yourself a little bit of extra time;
or, if you need a bit longer;
- a short term extension, where you can make weekly, or fortnightly payments to pay off your bill before the next one arrives.
If you need something more than this, we also have longer term payment plans available. These can range between 12 and 18 months and allow you to pay off your overdue amounts and keep up to date with your current energy use.
