Tas Gas Retail offers a range of flexible payment options to assist you with your budgeting and help avoid those large seasonal bills (bill shock).

Payment methods

Tas Gas Retail customers can use any of the following convenient ways to pay their Natural Gas bill:

Direct Debit

Direct debit is the easiest way to pay your gas bill. Set it up once, and you never need to worry again. Nominate the financial institution and the account from which you want your Natural Gas bill debited. Tas Gas Retail will still provide you with your quarterly bill, so you are aware of how much will be debited. On the due date of the bill, that amount will be automatically debited from the account at the financial institution you have nominated.

Direct debit also allows you to set a schedule for regular payments such as monthly, fortnightly amounts of your choice.  Click here to fill in our form online or download a direct debit form and mail your completed form to:

BPay

BPay is a fast, efficient way of paying your bills. With BPay, you just log into your Internet Banking portal service or call your phone banking service and you can pay virtually all your bills from your credit card, savings or cheque account – seven days a week.

Pay in Person

 Pay at the counter of any Australia Post office or agency, by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.

Pay by Credit Card

You can pay by Credit Card two easy ways. Either by phone on 1300 313 346 or online here. Credit cards accepted are Visa or Mastercard.

Please note that if you are paying online by credit card, do not use symbols in any of the sections. For example, use AND instead of &.
