We would like to assure our customers that there are no expected interruptions to gas supply as a result of COVID-19. Further, we will not be disconnecting any residential customers affected by the COVID-19 outbreak who can’t pay their bill. If you are affected, it is important that you stay in contact with us and keep us up to date with your personal circumstances so we can work with and support you.

For residential customers we want to work with you to tailor a payment plan for your individual circumstance. You can get in touch with us on our contact us page and tell us what you can afford and the frequency, and we can put in place a payment arrangement that reflects your request which will be confirmed in writing.

For businesses experiencing financial difficulty, we will work with you on a one on one basis to better understand your situation.

We recommend email as a preferred contact method due to the high volumes of calls at this current time and our limited staff. If you do no have access to email, please do not hesitate to call.
