Use this form to request a payment extension. To be eligible, you must be able to pay your outstanding bill in full 1 week prior to your next meter reading date. (You can find this on the back page of your bill, towards the bottom.)
Please note you will not be charged the late fee if you are approved for a short term payment extension prior to the due date. You will be charged interest for every day you have debt outstanding after the due date.
