Connecting natural gas to your home is easy and from December 1st 2019 Tas Gas Networks is offering FREE meter connection*. Combined with the fantastic customer Rewards from Tas Gas Retail, you can save up to $2050.

How to apply

• Use the pipeline locator to check your property fronts the network.
  
• Complete an application form (and save $300 with our free connection offer)
  
• Your meter is installed
  
• Your appliances are connected to natural gas (Tas Gas has preferred suppliers throughout Tasmania and you can find them here)
  
• Submit your Rewards claims and we will apply the credits to your next account.

During the offer period, the normal connection fee of $300 for standard connections is waived, and all you have do is apply for a residential connection; the fee will automatically be waived. Then when your appliances have been installed Tas Gas Retail will reward you with rebates credited to your account.
