Solstice Energy offers a simple, straight-forward natural gas pricing structure.
Rather than selective discounts, we offer competitive natural gas prices for all our customers.Please note that natural gas is not available in all locations. Visit our pipeline locator to check if natural gas is available at your address.
Our Natural Gas residential tariff in Victoria is as follows:
Standard Residential Tariff from 1st January 2024 (incl. GST)
Usage charge:
$ 0.06262 per MJ
Fixed daily charge:
$ 1.25 per day
Other Charges
In addition to your gas usage and fixed daily charge, you may incur additional charges when other services are engaged. The prices below are current as of 1 January 2024 and include GST.

New *Standard Connection Fee: $2400
*Standard connections are connections up to 20m from the mains, connections over 20m from the main will be POA
Meter Testing Residential (when found accurate)

Terms
Business hours = Means within business hours, which is before 3 pm on a business day.After hours = Means after hours, which is after 3 pm, and before 9 pm on a business day, and the customer pays any applicable additional after hours charge.Business Day = A day that is not a Saturday or Sunday; or a public holiday appointed under the Public Holidays Act 1993 (Vic).
