I’m moving house. What do I need to do?
At least 3 business days before you move, let us know by calling ourfriendly customer service team on 1800 750 750 or contact us via the link below
- Finalise your account at your current address. Otherwise,you might be footing the bill for the gas used by the newtenants!
- Transfer your account to your new address (which willbe seamless if the connection is already available)
- Organise a gas supply to your new address if a connectionis not currently available (there are fees you may needto pay).
